Refund policy
Returns
To request a return, please contact ERT Tactical at contact@erttactical.com. Return eligibility may vary by product, and all returns must be authorized before merchandise is sent back.
Items must generally be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase may be required.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where and how to return the item. Do not send merchandise to any address without receiving return authorization and instructions from ERT Tactical first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products may be final sale or otherwise ineligible for return due to safety, hygiene, manufacturer, or supplier restrictions. Customized or personalized items, gift cards, and products specifically identified as final sale are not returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
