Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment provider.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–10 business days after processing. Some products may ship separately or arrive at different times if they are fulfilled from different locations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any free-shipping promotions or minimum-order requirements will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing their tracking information after the order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact ERT Tactical LLC as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you in determining the appropriate next steps.

For damaged shipments, customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the claim or replacement process.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to carrier, geographic, legal, or other shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to legally or reasonably ship a product to the provided destination.
